5 year old loved it
Bought this game for 5 year old grandson. He loved it and learned how to play very quickly. I thought they did a great job keeping the spirit of the original game, but making it easier for the younger players. I thought that the Bluey version was very cute and fun. The only issue is the tokens are cheap and hard to keep track of, especially with young kids.

Fun for kids and adults
Great game for my 3 almost 4 yo to play independently with her 7yo sister. Nice to just have one monetary value (1 dollarbuck) and every time you land on a property you must buy it. Games aren’t too long and they’ve enjoyed it, as have my husband and i

A Must Have for Bluey Fans
For Bluey lovers this game is a must have. It’s kid friendly and fun for the entire family. I purchased it for my young granddaughter but I think her parents enjoyed playing it as much as she did. It would be great under the tree.

Some of the most fun I’ve had with my 4 year old grandson
Look, I was a huge Monopoly fan when I was a kid, but I had never played any version of Monopoly Junior. I don’t know what the “standard” version is ilke, what types of properties there are, etc., but if your family is even remotely as in love with the Heelers the way MY family is, you HAVE to get this for your young children. Game play doesn’t last nearly as long as typical Monopoly. You play with rules that state that you either buy the property you land on (if unowned), or pay the owner rent (the same as the purchase price). You use “dollar bucks” in the game, which look just like those shown on the show (and only one denomination). The quality of the game is just as high as the original game; you can play as Bandit, Chili, Bluey, or Bingo. Rather than houses and hotels, you have a “token” that matches the color of your player, which you place on properties you purchase. The properties are inventive, anything from the Takeout shop, the Beach, and the Creek, to Bingo’s Kindy and the Heelers’ home — you can own it all! “Chance” cards from original Monopoly are here replaced with CHATTERMAX CARDS!!! All directions are simple and easy to follow. It’s super cute, and would be a great first “big kid game” for the Bluey lover in your life, maybe around ages 4-8. It would be a terrific gift, as well. Well worth the money for the fun and memories that we’ve made, honestly. This is the second Bluey-themed game that we own, and I swear I love them both!

Great game to start children on monopoly and to learn to deal with money! Bluey certainly helps and even got the parents quite keen!

I play this with my seven and four year old boys. It’s a quick and easy variation of monopoly that we all really enjoy, and the kids quickly picked up the rules. The game consists of a board (pared back version of the monopoly board with Bluey locations), four tokens, four cards (one of each token) so you can remember who your token/what your colour is, coloured cardboard pieces that you put on a property to indicate that you’ve bought it, dollarbucks, deck of chatterbox cards. It’s all standard boardgame quality. The only money is 1 dollarbuck notes so it’s easy for small kids to manage their own money. When you land on a property you must buy it (pay the dollarbucks listed on the board and put your coloured ownership token on the property) or pay the owner rent (the same dollarbuck number written on the board). If someone owns both properties of the same colour, the rent is doubled. The cost to purchase or rent any property is between 1 and 5 dollarbucks. The game ends as soon as one player becomes bankrupt and the winner is the person with the most dollarbucks, meaning the game lasts around 15 minutes. The equivalent of a chance card is a chatterbox card where you move to a property, get dollarbucks, pay dollarbucks or similar. Someone capable or reading small paragraphs needs to play to manage the chatterbox cards. My seven year old can easily read the cards.Fun intro to monopoly for young kids that I highly recommend. It is not painful at all to try and play with the young age group.
