In Hospital mode, little doctors draw Bandage cards for wacky ailments. The suspense builds as they try to keep their hands steady while operating on Cavity Sam or—BZZZT!—his red nose lights up! In Emergency mode, the race is on to remove as many ailments as possible before time’s up. But oops! If the tweezers hit the side, Cavity Sam will burp, yelp, and make other hysterical sounds that keep kids giggling! In both modes, whoever removes the most ailments wins—and “heals” their patient. Fun Twist on a Classic—Portable, Engaging, and Kid-Approved
This is a very cool redesign of the classic Operation game. The plastic case folds up nicely, making it super easy to transport or store. There’s a built-in compartment for the cards and pieces, which is a thoughtful touch.The game pieces themselves are tiny and all yellow—would’ve been nice to see a bit more size and color variety to make them easier to handle and more visually fun. That said, the gameplay is solid. It offers several modes: the classic “pull a card and remove the piece” version, and a timed mode where pressing the nose starts the countdown. Adds a fun layer of challenge!It does require 3 AA batteries (not included), so keep that in mind. Overall, the kids love it, and it’s great for teaching fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. A fresh take on a nostalgic favorite.

Good quality, sturdy. Easy to use and is fun to play. A great value as the game is its own protective case that stores all the pieces securely.

Super cute nostalgic game! The carrying case makes it way easier to not lose pieces and take wherever you’d like to play. Definitely for younger kids as our 8 year got a little bored of it but we still love operation through and through ♥️

Love that this game comes in its own carrying case. It’s lightweight and so much fun to play. Good for all ages! Great game and packs up in a cinch. Road trip approved.

Love the New Version
I normally don’t like the new versions of board games. Generally because they’re worse in quality.This version of Operation is actually better! I love that it folds and there is a compartment for the pieces. The updated version also has a timer option, when you push and hold the nose it starts a timer to see how many pieces you can get out before the timer runs out. This version doesn’t include money, but I don’t feel like that was really necessary to begin with.This game is perfect to strengthen fine motor skills!
