Highly recommend
I am a psychotherapist by profession, but I bought this for my daughters for Christmas. I can’t recommend this enough. So many engaging activities and cute ideas to make the diary their own, and to help understand and express emotions. I’ll likely be buying more for my office. Excellent stuff!

This is a great way to get your kid to reflect and think without making them do a ton of work. The prompts are great and easy to work through on their own. It also gives kids accountability on setting a goal of how often they journal along with a reward if they follow through. Its a fun and safe way for your kid to journal. Highly recommend.

Great idea with good value, but better for older kids
Great idea with good value, but better for older kidsI bought this for my 10-year-old daughter because she saw me using the adult version and wanted one too. The diary is well-made, easy to use, and a fun idea for teaching mindfulness and positivity. However, she only used it once. I think it’s better for older or more mature kids who enjoy writing regularly. It’s still a great concept and good value for money; we’ll probably try it again in a couple of years.

Excellent, only wish paper quality was better.
My niece loved it, very well instructed. The only thing I wished was the paper quality.

We bought this for our six year old, The design and layout and overall feel is great. We bought this to engage and discuss school, lessons, feelings and what she has done, what’s she’s looking forward, what she’s grateful for and it also works as a great measuring device to see how they are doing with spelling, putting sentences together.Yes there’s cheaper diaries but this is really well thought out, very easy to use and something out daughter’s asks to do now. There odd little stories and changes like what I love about myself, things I’ve learnt, how I feel and vary so not the same routine day inHighly recommended
