Sposie Diaper Booster Pads are super-soft and absorbent pads you insert inside any diaper to instantly transform it into the ultimate overnight diaper.
Our booster pads increase the diaper’s absorbing capacity to stop nighttime leaks. These diaper liners wick away moisture from your baby’s delicate skin, making them more comfortable and less prone to a diaper rash.
Our diaper liners are dermatologist and pediatrician tested, hypoallergenic, fragrance, latex, chemical and cruelty-free and made in the USA.
At Sposie, we are obsessed with providing safe, reliable, and locally-made baby care products to parents across the U.S.
Please note these diaper liners feature an adhesive strip that keeps your liner secure.

Absorbency
Our son had been peeing through his diaper since about 14 months old (when he started sleeping longer stretches at night). It of course would wake him up as he was soaked and so was his bed. After I would get everyone and everything dry he thought it was time to get up and party. Needless to say I was going down hill fast and I knew there had to be something out there that could help us. We weren’t the only parents to have this issue.Like we all do I was scrolling through Tik ToK and saw these pop up on a Moms post! I thought there is no way that these little pads can help that much. HONEY LET ME TELL YOU! These pads are little miracle workers. They are worth every single penny. I know its another added expense but what I was spending in laundry detergent, time, and sanity I would purchase these at twice their price. We have not had any leakage since we started putting these in our guys diaper at night. I was also a little worried about how they would hold up with that much pee in them. Would they start to disintegrate or become “yucky” feeling to him. Not at all. They sort of just mesh in with his diaper once they get wet.I would recommend going up a size. For example our guy wears a size 5 diaper and we bought the 4-6/2T-5T and they work really well. We started with a size 4 (as some had recommended) and that wasn’t enough. We also sized up in our night time diaper. All I know for sure is that I owe these little inserts my life!

These are so helpful for babies, toddlers and young kiddos! For diapers, even cloth, and undies!
I love these pads. They can be used as extra coverage for night time, for cloth diapers, or undies once potty trained. My autistic boys have both suffered from encopresis where there’s leakage in undies and this helps so much , especially at school so the pants they’re wearing don’t also get soiled so quickly and undies don’t need to be changed multiple times a day. Plus my 6 year asd kiddo finally was able to start wearing underwear instead of pull-ups!

Amazing product!
My daughter kept leaking through her diapers waking up with wet pj’s and wet sheets almost every night. I tried all kinds of different diapers, overnights, and sizing up and nothing helped until I found these! They are amazing and she (and the bed) have stayed dry since! Love them!

Tired of wet pajamas and bedding? Try these.
These pads work well for heavy wetters overnight. We tried several brands of overnight diapers with little to no success and some even caused a rash (most likely from chlorine processing which my daughter is sensitive to.) Thus, at night we use the same daytime diapers and apply a Sposie pad to the inside of the diaper for extra leak prevention.I have only used the Sposie pads with the adhesive strip and they seem to stay in place overnight, even with an active toddler who usually sleeps on her belly and moves frequently during the night. The adhesive strip runs the length of pad and is very thin, allowing for easy repositioning should the initial application be less than ideal. So far we have only had one incident where the Sposie pad and diaper allowed urine to seep through- even so, the bed itself remained dry and we did not get a 3am wake up call from our toddler as we would have previously. Until we began using the pads regularly, we went through several weeks of my toddler waking in the middle of the night (every night, sometimes more than once) due to her soaked pajamas and bedding. By the time I got her cleaned up, changed, and replaced the wet linen, we were both wide awake and had difficulty get back to sleep.Although it might help, we haven’t had any luck encouraging our toddler to sleep on her back whatsoever. And limiting water prior to bedtime had no effect, either. In the past, it was helpful to go up a size in diapers but that did not seem to make a difference after her most recent growth spurt. The Sposie pads definitely do make a difference for the better. Now we can all get a much better night’s sleep AND reduce our laundry, win-win!I just wish Sposie/Amazon would offer a Subscribe and Save purchase option to avoid running out accidentally since the local stores I regularly visit do not currently stock the Sposie pads. As long as my daughter is in diapers, we will be needing these pads for nighttime!

LIFESAVER
These were an absolute game-changer for us! My daughter sleeps 7:30pm-7:00am and wakes up with HEAVY diapers. She was leaking through her overnight diapers every single night until we started using these. It’s been almost a year since then and still not one night with any leaks! We use these with huggies overnight diapers. This version with the adhesive on it is the only one I will use because my daughter moves a lot in her sleep. The adhesive keeps everything in place (it literally is like a maxi pad – you just peel the bottom off and stick it on the inside of the diaper). These do make the diapers very bulky but that’s ok because the bulk is what absorbs everything and keeps her dry. Her pajamas still fit fine – things are a bit tight in the diaper area but not so much that the pajamas won’t zip up. Pro tip for belly sleepers – we stick this pad as close to the front of the diaper as possible because our daughter spends a lot of the night sleeping on her belly, and that is where she needs the extra protection.

Nearly No More Nighttime Leaks
We use these for my 4 year old in his night time pull ups. He is potty trained when he’s not sleeping but still pees a lot at night and sizing up diapers alone wasn’t working. They have significantly decreased leaks as long as it is placed correctly in the pull-up (trial and error here.) It is an extra cost on top of the pull ups but it is worth it. They are easy to use and hold a lot. We’ve never experienced any rashes. I like the ones with the adhesive better than non adhesive so it stays in place. Just started using them for my 2 year old in her diapers at night and it has also eliminated leaks in her regular diapers overnight. Highly recommend!
