I think you have to be a pro with hair styling to pull some of those off.
I ordered these a long time ago, but found them very useful for keeping stray hairs back away from my face. But I never did get the hang of doing the nifty styling tips with them. They are very pretty and I love that.

No grip, return will cost as much as purchase.
I did not realize these could only be returned for a shipping fee almost equal to their cost. They are unusable because there is no way they’ll stay put in any gsir type. There is no grip whatsoever, snake your head gently and it all falls out. Unfortunate.

These are lovely clips; however, they hold so little hair. My daughter has extremely thick and I can only add a small strand, otherwise they fall out of the clamp. Doesn’t work at all like the video.

Harder to use than the video suggests
Just okay. I was able to replicate most of the hairdos in the videos, but theirs are done on mannequins, not real people, and it shows.The teeth of the clip are not very strong or long, so these clips are not very stable. They wouldn’t stay in my kids’ fine hair without support.Also, if I got twists big enough to match the look in the videos then they were too large for the clips to hold, while other times the twists were too small and fine to be held by the clips. It’s a delicate balance.If you have curly or rough hair, these will prolly work if you use smaller amounts. But on fine, straight hair they were just ‘Okay’ and prolly won’t be used except to add bling to a completed hairdo.
