My kids absolutely love this. I bought it to replace a different version and I’m not too disappointed.For the price it’s pretty decent. It feels like it’s made of a thicker plastic than cheaper models so it’s durable enough not to break if/when a kid knocks into it.It has the “spacey” look to it so it goes with the theme.Some of the discs are really bright so not great to use for sleep but, others have just the right amount of brightness to replace a nightlight with.4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons.1: The Focus is there but doesn’t get as sharp as the video/images would lead you to believe, could be because I have just shy of 8ft ceilings but, that should be pretty standard.2: The motion is slow and there isn’t any “extra” motion, i.e. lasers or shooting stars that some other projectors offer.

Okay, so I got this planetarium projectors for my bedroom. At first, it was pretty cool and made the ceiling look amazing. But honestly, the novelty wore off pretty quickly for me. It’s a nice idea, but I don’t find myself using it as much anymore. It’s fine, just not a game-changer.

This is an amazing product that just makes you filled with awe. I got this for my son for Christmas and wanted to ensure it worked well and was worth it as so many gifts I’ve gotten him in the past did not live up to their hype. So here is my testing and thoughts.My son is going to love this!!! It’s worth it purely for the moonscape alone. It is incredible and so crisp and clear.The other discs are okay compared to the moon but I know he’ll like them. But it’s probably because they’re further away and thus not able to be so clear. Their colors and details are good, but the moon film is like you’re literally there. The light is bright and the projector size is good. Quality build.Comes with 13 film discs, instructions, charging cable and microfiber cloth. You need to supply the power block. It does not have a remote control. The projector can be set to not move or move at slow or fast speeds and has a 1 or 2-hour sleep timer.Highly recommend for the space-lover in your life!

Very basic – image blurry and low resolution. I think it would be fine for kids – but not for adults. Mine does rotate – i see one review where it did theres does not. The search continues for a decent one – didn’t think it would be hard to get one now a-days.

I got this planetarium projector as a birthday gift for my daughter. At first, we were really excited and impressed—it looked great and worked nicely for the first use. Unfortunately, that excitement didn’t last. After just one use, the projector completely stopped working. It won’t even turn on now.Even before it failed, it started making a strange whirring noise, which was concerning and made it feel unsafe to use. I’m incredibly disappointed. This ended up being a total waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone, especially as a gift for kids.
