A surprisingly cute and easy activity. The shrinking in the oven was fun. Just be sure to watch them they shrink up very fast. I purchased again in a different style.

Shrink Its are such a fun and creative activity. My daughter and I had the best time making them together. The designs start out large and easy to color, which makes it perfect for kids, and then watching them shrink down in the oven is like magic. The final pieces come out sturdy and vibrant, and we turned them into keychains and charms that she was so excited to use. The instructions were simple to follow and the whole process was quick but still kept her engaged. It is a great mix of art and science that feels like play. This kit makes a wonderful rainy day project or even a fun party activity. We will definitely be doing Shrink Its again.

Fun and amazing product for kids to enjoy.
The shrinky dinks kit was a favorite when my children were young. How exciting to share this with the next generation of grandchildren. The kit came with a variety of high quality materials. My grandkids age range five through seven enjoyed choosing and painting these items. The paints were numerous and in a variety of colors. After painting the kids were amazed at how their creations shrunk while maintaining their shape and color. The key chains and yarn included in the kit allowed them to be creative with their work. This was a great value for the money and they will keep their treasures for a long time.

For the price ($30) I was expecting a nice sturdy box that would feel good to give as a gift. Instead it is a tiny flimsy box and I feel cheap giving it as a kids’ gift despite the cost. The craft itself may be cool, but it seems overpriced for what you get.
