    Favorite game!
We absolutely love everything from learning resources but this one is too five! After playing it one time my five year old got the hang of it and was sounding out and spelling so many words! This is a game changer for young kids!

  2. T Lambert

Great game for 4-5 yr olds
This is a great game for beginning readers. The pieces are study and the game is simple.

    Learning in a Game!
Bought on sale, therefore it was great value for the price. Well-made pieces. Fun game. Make sure your child is old enough to play or it won’t be fun.

    Fun CVC Practice Activity
Very engaging and fun way to practice building beginning reading words for kids with the fun s’mores pieces. The pieces are hard plastic and durable, as I would expect from this reputable brand. The marshmallows are a little stiff for kids to be able to “squish” on their own but still enjoyable to build the s’more even without squishing it down. Only thing I would change would be to include some blends with the onset letters graham cracker tiles to allow for a wider skill range as children move past simple CVC words.

Squishy Marshmallows, Good for Early Readers
This has been great for our beginning reader! The “marshmallows” have a fun bouncy texture. My sons love to pretend they are eating them when they get a match. If you kindergartener is more advanced this may be too easy. I would say advanced PreK or early Kinder skills.

  6. Rebecca

My daughter (now 1st grade) LOVES this game! Mix of creativity, imagination, spelling, and phonics! I highly recommend!

I still have mixed feelings on this game it came in a regular game box pieces are great the marshmallows have a fun squishy texture the kids love them I find the instructions are lacking a little. I do enjoy that it is a fast past game to keep the kids involved .
