Great little microscope for kids!
My kids love this mini microscope. The screen is clear, the buttons are easy for young kids to use, and it’s really fun to explore small objects around the house. The size is perfect for little hands, and the picture quality is much better than I expected. Great educational toy and definitely worth it!

Great microscope camera for kids
I really like this kids microscope. It is good quality and can take pictures if the things these view. I like that it has a carrying strap. My son will love this for our walks. The only thing about it i don’t like is that to get a clearer picture you have to turn a dual like a real microscope to get a clear picture. Younger children won’t be willing to do this ir understand why. Id say 6+ in age

Probably best for six-year-olds on up
Granddaughters loved this but the four year-old was too young to get the knack of it at first.

Amazing kid camera, but doesn’t connect to Mac laptops with USB-C.
This is quite an impressive camera that’s intended for children. It feels sturdy and well built, the camera and lenses work well, the zooming is very easy to control, and it’s easy to charge through the USB-C port. Ergonomically it’s comfortable to hold, it’s lightweight, and it feels sturdy enough to survive drops from kids. Overall I’m surprised at how well thought out the features are, and this toy has exceeded my expectations.I was surprised at how well the magnification worked, and this is the primary reason I brought it: because I knew my kids would love zooming in on things. Not only can you just piont it at things, but if you want to use it as a magnifying glass, you can set a flat object down on a flat surface, and then lay the camera down on top of it lense side down. The built in light illuminates it very well and you can then zoom in on it. This is great for zooming in on objects indoors or outdoors, in low light or bright light.I have two gripes:1) The first is that there is a rubber covering that wraps around the side of the camera that has the screen on it. This cover does not seem tight enough and it easily comes off. This does rais some slight concerns about it becoming lost or otherwise taken off, increasing the ease of which that end of the camera could get damaged. I’m not really too worried about this, but it could become problematic long term.2) This camera doesn’t connect to my MacBook Pro laptop. The description advertises the feature: “Easily export content to any … Mac (11.0+) system via USB.” Well, I have a Mac (15+) with USB ports, so why doesn’t it connect? The instruction manual further clarifies: “…not available for Apple laptops with Type-c interface.” So if you have a newer Mac with only USB-C ports, you’re screwed.Summary:This camera is really well designed, feature packed, and well thought out for kids. I was really impressed, and so were the kids. However, I have to dock a star for their major oversight of it not being able to interface with newer Mac laptops. I’m unable to retrieve photos from the camera until I can buy a separate memory card.

Even adults like to play
We took our children to the park for a picnic on the weekend, and we brought this small microscope with us. As soon as they arrived at the grassland, the children directly started the “nature detective mode”, picking leaves, bark, and small stones to study along the way. The screen was so clear that I couldn’t help but join in and watch the leaf textures and ant tentacles together. It was like taking a nature class but more interesting. The LED light is just bright enough to see clearly even on cloudy days. The machine itself is small and stable, and is not as light and flimsy as ordinary children’s toys. USB charging is really convenient, no need to find batteries temporarily. Before the picnic ended, we took a few enlarged photos and made small cards when we got home and stuck them in our diary. Great for kids who like to explore the outdoors
