my mistake
I meant to order the XL but ended up with the L somehow — they fit my 40″ waist but could come up an inch or two (rise) — I have several different designs of incontinence Underpants — these by far are my favorite if you can have a favorite in this category — there is a fly but you can’t get through the pad to do your business (maybe just for show) — the waist band is for the lack of a better term “shiney” and well made elastic — the pants themselves have a comfortable stretch to them even though mine are a size too small — the legs do not ride/bunch up — the pad isn’t real thick but has a lot of surface area so it doesn’t trap the heat as much — there is a pocket that floats inside behind the fly opening that doesn’t allow access to the fly — the pocket/liquid absorbant part goes all the way down between the legs so there is plenty of surface area for protection — my experience though is that the liquid travels to the bottom of the pad if there is a lot — I haven’t had a lot of leakage with these on so I don’t know for sure what would happen– these are not Diapers, just leak protectors — I am happy to have these — will probably order some more in the bigger size

These are incredibly comfortable and fit me well. I’m 6’0”, 195 lbs, and the size Large was just right. The outer cotton layer is soft and there is an acceptable amount of stretch to keep things tight and supported without being too tight. There is a purposeful bulge for your package that houses the slightly thicker moisture-absorbing material. From outside they look like normal boxer-briefs. Your buddies in the gym locker room will have no idea these are special underwear! They wash like normal in the washing machine on cold. Colors are pretty neutral to assist in hiding any potential colorations.

The current price of ~$67 is a bit high.LIKES:- Looks good, no way to tell they are incontinence underwear.- Allows me to relax without concentrating on incontinence.- Good quality and nice material.- Comfortable enough and good shape.DISLIKES:- Runs a little small so isn’t comfortable enough for overnight wear for me. Size up because these are not as flexible as normal underwear.
