Beautiful clock; excellent customer service
First off, the clock looks great! It’s just a nice, clean looking design with easy to read numbers and no weird fonts or temp/humidity display to ruin the look. Perfect size for our back patio where you can easily see it from the pool. We did have an issue where after a couple weeks, the clock would stop working after a few hours (re-seating the battery would fix it until a few hours later). Because we went on vacation, I forgot about it and by then it was out of the return period. I contacted the manufacturer and explained the situation and they agreed to send me a new clock which has been working flawlessly. Highly recommend both this clock and the company that stands behind it. I wish all brands of customer service were this good.

UPDATE A FEW DAYS LATER: The clock kept freezing after running a few hours. I tried 3 new batteries, all tested for full charges. I had to return it. It happens; I just got a defective one. Too bad, as I really liked its features. // It’s easy to read, is silent (it doesn’t talk back with annoying ticking sounds), has a visible second hand, and looks classy with its simplicity. The time was simple to set and it took one AA battery (we supplied it). It’s doing its job well hanging in our home office. I thought it was priced fairly (on sale).

I have three of these around the house, bedroom, garage/workout area, and bathroom. The one in the bathroom started being wildly inaccurate after a period of time, and changing the battery helped, for a few days, then it was off by large and random amounts. Clocks are a reference item, and need to stay more or less accurate over time, until they are just plain out of battery power. The bathroom clock did not succeed. The two in the bedroom and garage/workout area worked fine and were pretty accurate.Since I accidentally smashed the working clock in the garage with some lumber, I will buy two more of these to replace the garage/workout area, and to hope that the new one in the bathroom lasts longer this time. It looks great, easy to read, and is pretty cheap, so we’ll see. I’ll be watching the bathroom carefully to see you long it lasts (or doesn’t), so I can characterize it’s longevity. Maybe I need to pay more for a more moisture-proof, humidity-proof clock. Not sure how to do that. Hopefully, these new ones will work and the problem will be solved.

Stops working in less than two years
This is super inexpensive, and attractive clock ( I paid $9.99 on Amazon). The numbers are clear and highly readable. The clock runs quietly and kept good time. Batteries easy to replace and last a long time despite the clock running 24/7, of course. However, in less than two years the clock died for good. New batteries were not the issue because we replaced the batteries with high quality new batteries and the clock was just dead and stayed dead. I’m not the kind of person who loves to just throw things away, but since there is no hope for the resurrection of this clock, it has to go. I would not buy this brand again as I would rather pay more for something that lasts. So disappointing because it really is a perfect clock otherwise. RIP Bernhard 10″ wall clock.

I bought this clock because it looked like the ones that hung on the wall when I was in school. I paid the $85 based on the quality of those clocks. This is nothing like it. The movement has a loud tick to it which is amplified by the wall on which it hangs. The face is made of paper and was not glued down evenly. The rest is a very cheap plastic. All and all a very poor quality item that is nothing like the original clock that it copies.
