Good size, thin fabric
My daughter is nine years old, 4 foot 9 inches and 78 pounds. I bought the 10 -11 year old size because I wanted the sleeves to come down over her wrists so she could be warm. For girls clothes these are pretty nice. The pictures make them look warm and thick but they are fairly thin fabric. More like an undershirt. Still the colors are nice, I chose the one set that doesn’t have a white or cream shirt. Some children can wear white without ruining it but not mine. The sleeves are a good length and the waist comes down over her butt which is very important in winter wear. My daughter actually chooses to wear these which is a good recommendation.

Every single thing I’ve gotten from the LessonZoo brand has been fantastic quality. These ribbed cotton long sleeve shirts are no different. They’re cute. They’re warm (when layered) and they come in a nice assortment of colors that work well aesthetically for contrast when layering, as well as are richly saturated in color enough to be worn as a standalone shirt. Seem pretty true to size. I would like if the cut of these had just a bit more length, but even the current length is adequate, looks cute, and serves its purpose well! LessonZoo has yet to dissappoint us! =) For reference, my daughter is about 3’11”, 51 lbs. We ordered size 7-8 yrs, and the fit is great. They are also very stretchy as they are super-soft. They aren’t very thick for warmth when worn alone, but are definitely not thin, like lacking quality or anything. They are perfect for layering.

Perfect Undershirts for Cold Weather
I’m very impressed with the quality of these shirts. The set comes with four long-sleeved ribbed tops that may appear to run small at first, but they are actually very stretchy and fit well, true to size. The fabric is extremely soft, and the black, white, navy, and wine color set is perfect for layering under school uniforms during colder weather.While I do think the price is a bit high for the quantity, the quality is definitely there, and I would recommend purchasing if cost is not a factor.
